Your NaviPros trial begins after email verification. If you subscribe before the trial ends, NaviPros schedules paid billing to begin only after the remaining trial period ends. The checkout screen shows the amount, currency and billing interval before you authorize the subscription.
CAD and USD pricing
Canadian plan prices are administrator-controlled in Canadian dollars. For United States billing, NaviPros converts the current CAD plan price using the most recent available Bank of Canada daily USD/CAD exchange rate when checkout is created. The converted amount shown at checkout is locked for that subscription. Existing subscription charges do not fluctuate every day with the exchange rate.
Recurring billing
Stripe or PayPal processes recurring payments according to the plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorize the selected provider to charge the displayed recurring amount after any remaining trial and at each renewal until cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time. No further renewals are scheduled after cancellation. Paid access remains available through the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or a provider rule requires different treatment.
Refunds
Refunds are provided when required by applicable law or when approved by NaviPros support. Otherwise, cancelling a subscription stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an already-paid current period.
Currency and provider differences
Stripe and PayPal may display provider-specific notices, taxes, payment methods or conversion information. The final amount and currency presented by the selected provider before authorization controls that checkout.
